The Portfolio Group is a Queensland based property company providing the following services.
Portfolio Group has proactive and very experienced Directors as well as very experienced site staff. We control every aspect of the development process and thereafter. Our goal is to deliver an affordable product and make sure the on-going investment is also taken care of. At the same time Portfolio Group believe that the experience must also be enjoyable for our clients.
James Adam is the Managing Director of Portfolio and has a great deal of experience in the construction and development industry. He has worked on many complicated and extensive projects over his career. He is tertiary qualified, achieving honours for a Bachelor of Applied Science Construction Management (QUT).
James has earned experience by working in South East Queensland since 1994. Firstly, as a Building Contractor for Watpac, followed by, FKP and Meridien as a Development Manager. James Adam holds an Open Building License, which allows him to build any size or type of building in Queensland unrestricted.
James Schollay is Managing Director of Devport- the construction and delivery vehicle for the group. James Schollay has vast experience in the Construction industry, from starting in a Carpentry business to running a mid-tier construction company in Queensland. James Schollay brings his construction experience to the group, skills that other property firms cannot provide. This gives the Group an in depth knowledge of every aspect of the developments that we complete.
Portfolio has several very experienced Project Managers and Financial Controllers that can be called upon to take on large projects as a team. We also have an extensive network of sales agents and marketing companies that will be utilized for an exit strategy for your projects.
