Portfolio Group’s development consultancy business offers a variety of services to our clients. We can provide development management services from acquisition to completion, or for a bespoke subset on an as-needs basis.
Our scope of works can include:

- Due diligence
- Sales campaign management
- Feasibility studies and cashflows
- Project management
- Design management
- Superintendent work (fully licensed)
- Value management and construction contracts
- JV introductions
The above scope of works can be undertaken through a fixed fee or joint venture arrangement, depending on the project size and equity requirements.

Construction Services
Portfolio Contracting is Portfolio Group’s in-house building company. Portfolio Contracting was founded to provide clients with construction services, and to deliver a selection of the Group’s boutique projects. Portfolio Contracting holds an open Builders Licence in Queensland and New South Wales.
